Over the span of my career, I have worked with two Fortune 100 insurance companies in areas spanning from customer service and internal wholesaling roles, to developing and delivering training, coaching, and workflow consulting on sales processes, product acumen, and business efficiency. I have been very fortunate to work alongside my husband, Jim, an Agent, for the past 14 years, which has been the building ground for developing my operational efficiency consulting business. I value my client's ability to keep the "day to day" moving while they allow me to restructure the "big picture." My current clients have fearlessly trusted the process, seen great success, and are thriving year over year as a result. I've enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity to work with each and every one of them.
My passion and what brings me so much joy is coaching and being present for those 'lightbulb' moments. Outside of doing what I love professionally, you will find me spending time with family and friends, spoiling my nieces and nephew, running, exploring the mountains, crocheting, or just cuddling up on the couch with my dogs.
